Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) World Assembly Members Meet with Supreme Leader

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Participants in the general assembly of the Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) World Assembly on Monday met with Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei.

The 6th General Assembly of the World Assembly of Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) kicked off in Tehran on Saturday morning.

Some 700 foreign guests from 130 countries as well as Iranian cultural and political figures are present at the event, which will run for four days.

Attending the meeting with the Supreme Leader were also participants in the 8th congress of Islamic Radios and TVs Union (IRTVU).

The IRTVU congress kicked off on Sunday in the Iranian capital.

220 TV and radio channels from 35 countries are attending the event.
