VIDEO: Iraqi Qari Recites Verses about Unity
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Iraqi Qari Mohammad Reza al-Zobeidi had recited verses of Quran which point to the need for unity.
The International Quran News Agency has launched a program named “Badr al-Doja” [meaning full moon which is one of the descriptions used in Arab world for Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)], inviting international qaris to recite verses about the Holy Prophet (PBUH) or the unity of the Islamic Ummah.
Here, the Iraqi qari recites verse 13 of Surah Al-Hujurat.
People, We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes that you might know one another. The noblest of you before Allah is the most righteous of you. Allah is the Knower, the Aware. (13)
