Muharram Mourning Ceremony in Mahallat
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Like other cities across Iran during the lunar Hijri month of Muharram, people in the central city of Mahallat, Markazi province, hold ceremonies and rituals to mourn the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS) and his companions in the 680 AD Battle of Karbala.
